BlackPine Holding Project

Bullseye Farm Reimagined

Design-Forward Renovation

Originally built by Monley Cronin in the early 2000s, the BlackPine Holding Project illustrates how intentional renovation can redefine the potential of an underutilized commercial structure. The former building in Woodland was carefully evaluated and reimagined to function as a flexible event and gathering space, while preserving its underlying structural integrity.

The project emphasizes a precision-driven, detail-oriented design approach. Rare and custom materials were incorporated to enhance the architectural character.

The BlackPine Holding Project stands as an example of Monley Cronin’s commitment to technical craftsmanship and the creation of spaces that support a wide range of uses with clarity, purpose, and longevity.
